Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions for bookings, packages and studio conduct.

Last updated: 1 March 2026

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Katie Kollar / Bodybar OG ("Katie Kollar Pilates"), Bäckergasse 4, 4600 Wels, Austria. By booking a class, purchasing a package, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Bookings

All class bookings are made through our online booking system. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or in-app notification. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

By booking a class, you confirm that you are in suitable health to participate in Pilates exercise. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, you must inform us before your first session.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.

Payment is due at the time of purchase for single sessions and class packs. Membership fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis on the date of your initial sign-up.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are current. Failed payments may result in suspension of your booking privileges until the outstanding balance is settled.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booked class free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations can be made through the booking system or by contacting us at hello@katiekollarpilates.at.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time will be treated as a no-show, and the session credit or applicable fee will not be refunded.

Katie Kollar Pilates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor illness, insufficient enrolment, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any affected credits will be refunded or transferred.

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a booked class without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance, this is considered a no-show. For no-shows:

• Single session bookings: the full session fee is forfeited. • Class pack holders: one session credit will be deducted from your pack. • Membership holders: the session counts as used against your monthly allowance.

Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings at our discretion.

6. Class Packs & Expiry

Class packs (e.g. 5-class packs) are valid for 8 weeks from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after the expiry date are forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended.

Class packs are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the account. Packs cannot be paused or frozen.

7. Memberships

Monthly memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis through Stripe. Your membership includes the number of classes specified in your chosen plan.

To cancel or change your membership, you must provide at least 7 days' written notice before your next billing date. Notice can be sent to hello@katiekollarpilates.at. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Unused sessions from a membership period do not carry over to the next month unless otherwise specified in the plan description.

8. Liability

Participation in Pilates classes is at your own risk. Katie Kollar Pilates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in classes, except where caused by our proven negligence.

You are responsible for informing the instructor of any health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before the session begins. Katie Kollar Pilates is not liable for injuries resulting from undisclosed health conditions.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Austrian law.

9. Studio Conduct

To ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all participants, we ask that you:

• Arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time. Late arrivals may be refused entry if the class has already commenced. • Wear appropriate exercise clothing and bring a towel if preferred. • Keep mobile phones on silent during classes. • Treat all equipment, facilities, and other participants with respect. • Inform the instructor of any changes to your health or physical condition before class. • Refrain from attending class if you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.

Katie Kollar Pilates reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour disrupts classes or poses a safety risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Katie Kollar Pilates website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and exercise programming — is the intellectual property of Katie Kollar / Bodybar OG and is protected by Austrian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from our website or classes without prior written consent. Photographing or recording classes is not permitted without express permission.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Wels, Austria.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
