Foundations / Beginner
The best first step for new clients and returners. You will learn the six principles of Contrology (centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, flow) and the foundational mat exercises from Joseph Pilates' original repertoire.

Level 1 – Intermediate
For clients with basic technique and weekly consistency. The classical mat repertoire expands, exercises become more complex and transitions between movements more fluid.
